OBJECTIVES: Attract visitors to events and increase awareness
Nautisme Québec has the largest community of boating enthusiasts in Quebec. The organization, which represents the industry and boaters, has the mission of promoting the development of boating.
Each year, major events are organized, including the MONTREAL BOAT SHOW, and the Montreal and Quebec City BOAT SHOWs.
In partnership with CRI Agence, 2_SQ Agence has the mandate to develop the marketing strategy of the Shows in order to attract visitors and more generally, to contribute to the influence of the Nautisme Québec brand.
Our services include strategic planning, advertising creation, media strategy and buying (radio, TV, print and social networks) and the implementation of performance indicators.

TITLE: J’EMBARQUE! (current campaign)

When we are passionate about something, we say yes to everything that is related. When we are promised a good time, we say: I'm on board! And if I'm offered to spend the day at a show dedicated to my passion, I get on board too. The idea also evokes the notion of embarkation.
Why do we like it?
"I embark" offers a simple and straightforward call to action. It speaks directly to the "me" of the target audience. Inspired by real moments that boaters experience, it allows them to project themselves into the situation.
TITLE: Mon été est à l’eau (2020 campaign)

As the health constraints due to COVID-19 increased in the summer of 2020 and all of our activities fell by the wayside one after the other, we came up with our slogan for water sports enthusiasts: Notre été est à l’eau… et c’est tant mieux! otre été est à l’eau, souriez!

The result was these 2 commercials featuring a cross-country skier trying to get his dog to pull him and another one struggling to pull his group of friends sitting in tubes.
The response on Facebook was excellent for both concepts, with a total of 178,000 views in 20 days of broadcast.
TITLE : Moi aussi j’ai un bateau ! (2019 campaign)

In 2019, we focused on the sense of frustration that can sometimes come over us when we have both feet in the snow and see our friends' sunny vacation photos scrolling on Facebook.
We designed an intriguing box in the client's colors and installed it in the parking lot of the Longueuil public market on a Saturday morning in December.
We then invited people who wanted to tease their friends to enter. Inside, a beautiful boat was waiting for them with all the equipment to film them on board. We finally integrated a sea backdrop in the background to give the illusion that they too had the opportunity to escape winter.
A simple concept that has gone a long way! "I HAVE A BOAT too" got almost 135,000 views in 14 days of broadcast.

To create this stunt, we hid our cameras in downtown Montreal and offered passers-by a boat ride on the St. Lawrence River in the middle of a snowstorm. Images that did not go unnoticed!
