Patiently awaiting the meteorite est un tout nouveau groupe formé de trois compositeurs de renom de la scène musicale montréalaise: les Frères Grand et Dee. Pour faire tourner leur premier extrait «Electrified», il fallait un vidéoclip électrifiant! Nous avons développé un concept réalisable dans un délai serré et susceptible de créer un buzz avant la sortie de l’album.  

Pour confectionner ce clip «hypnotisant», nous avons utilisé les techniques de “light painting” et de “stop motion” à partir de 15 000 photos. Un travail colossal pour lequel nous avons été épaulés par les artistes de la lumière de l’Atelier Larok.

The group Patiently awaiting the meteoriteis the first collaboration between the Grand Brothers and Dee, who are exceptional composers from the Montreal musical scene. To  create a buzz around their upcoming full-length album, they needed an electrifying music video to accompany their first single.  

We devised an original concept to be shot in a tight timeframe. We produced this hypnotic video using ‘light paint’ and ‘stop-motion’ techniques and incorporating 15,000 photos. For this major undertaking we collaborated with Atelier Larok’s expert lighting artists.
